Returns with the original receipt

Articles purchased at our store may be returned (exceptions are listed below) for refund or exchange with the original receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase.
All refunds require that the item be returned in the original packaging, with all pieces and in original condition.Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

We cannot accept returns that arise from customer negligence or misuse.


Furniture returns 

All furniture, including cribs, changing tables, and high chairs are non returnable (unless damaged or incorrect upon receipt). We want you to be completely satisfied with your furniture purchase – please be sure your selection meets your expectations and always measure your space before ordering.
Once the furniture item has been shipped, even if you have not received it yet, you are responsible for round-trip freight costs and a restocking fee if you decide to refuse delivery.
If the furniture item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days to arrange for a return or replacement. All returns must be unassembled and in the original packaging. After 14 days of delivery, we cannot accept returns on furniture for any reason; we will, however, send replacement parts for manufacturer defects outside of the 14-day window.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on furniture that has already been assembled.


Gear returns

 Please take special care when trying out your gear purchases. We cannot accept a return on any stroller that shows signs of use.When opening your gear package, try to do so without damaging the box. Also, be sure to hold onto the box and packaging until you’ve decided to keep your purchase. Original packaging is required for any returns.
When test-driving a stroller, please do it indoors on a clean floor. Try pushing it on different surfaces such as carpeting, tile and wood floors. Until you’ve decided to keep your new stroller, we advise against taking it outdoors, as this will dirty the wheels and prohibit a return.


Personalized and customized items

Personalized items, are made especially for you and thus cannot be cancelled or returned. In addition, because of the nature of these products, they may take a bit longer to get to you.

Restocking fees

Please note that there is a restocking fee of 15-20% on returns of special orders. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
